Shipping costs in Finland
Shipping costs € 5.90 unless otherwise stated. Consignments are generally delivered as Matkahuolto's Lähi package or by Posti's letter service. Always with a tracking number on shipments. Free delivery within Finland for orders over 100 €. Shipping costs abroad depending on order.
The invoice will be sent together with the order confirmation and the products will be delivered when the payment appears in our account. Payment must be made within 14 days from the date of the invoice. Payment reminders are subject to a statutory 5 euro reminder fee. In addition, a default interest of 8% is charged.
You have a 14-day return policy upon receipt of product delivery for your order. The returned product must be unopened and in the same condition as it was when delivered. The product label and instructions for use must also be in their original condition. The return must be made by post and immediately after the cancellation date, however, no later than in such a way that the return is within 10 working days of My Hemp Tree Oy's return address. Subsequent product packages with the same contents cannot be returned. Please always agree on a return with our customer service.
My Hemp Tree Oy is not responsible for the return costs. Postage and handling costs for sending and returning an ordered and canceled order will be borne by the customer.
If the product is returned contrary to the instructions, the order and the resulting postage and handling costs, as well as shipping and return will be borne by the customer. My Hemp Tree Oy does not receive returned products contrary to the instructions, but considers them to be the property of the customer and thus billable. However, My Hemp Tree Oy does not mail returned products to the customer, but retains them for the period required by law.
If the product has been lost or damaged during transport or does not otherwise correspond to your order, you must report the error within 14 days in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling the telephone number mentioned in the contact information. If the package is clearly damaged during transport, you must immediately make a complaint to the transport company.
